Qué es esto

Fans Of es una serie de juegos web hechos por Arkioner y Pepins (MicroBlizz). Todos los derechos están reservados (ver LICENSE). Jugar es gratis; no hay ahora ninguna compra con dinero real. Si algún día la hay, se avisará antes con precios y probabilidades claros.

Tu cuenta

• Puedes jugar como invitado. Para no perder tu progreso, guárdalo con email o Google; hace falta tener 14 años o más (los menores, con su padre, madre o tutor).
• Cuida el acceso a tu correo: quien lo tenga entra en tu cuenta.
• Puedes borrar tu cuenta cuando quieras desde Opciones.

Juego limpio

• No se permite hacer trampas: modificar el juego o las peticiones al servidor, usar fallos para conseguir ventajas, automatizar cuentas ni abusar de ellos.
• Las recompensas y las compras las valida nuestro servidor.
• Podemos limitar, aislar o cerrar cuentas que hagan trampas o abusen del servicio, y retirarles las ventajas obtenidas, sin aviso previo cuando sea necesario para proteger a los demás jugadores.

Virtual y sin garantía

Oro, gemas, cartas y objetos son parte del juego, no dinero ni propiedad tuya, y no se pueden cambiar por dinero. El juego se ofrece «tal cual», puede tener fallos, cambiar o interrumpirse, y podemos modificar o retirar contenido para equilibrar el juego. En lo que la ley permita, no respondemos de pérdidas derivadas de usarlo, sin perjuicio de tus derechos legales como consumidor.

Material y respeto

Los juegos, dibujos, textos y música son de sus autores. No los copies ni los reutilices sin permiso. No uses el juego para nada ilegal ni para molestar a otros.

Fans Of is a series of web games made by Arkioner and Pepins (MicroBlizz). All rights reserved (see LICENSE). Playing is free; there are currently no real-money purchases. If there ever are, we will announce it beforehand with clear prices and odds.

Your account

• You can play as a guest. To keep your progress, save it with email or Google; you must be 14 or older (younger players, with a parent or guardian).
• Protect access to your email: whoever has it can enter your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from Options.

Fair play

• Cheating is not allowed: modifying the game or requests to the server, exploiting bugs for advantage, automating accounts, or abusing them.
• Rewards and purchases are validated by our server.
• We may limit, isolate or close accounts that cheat or abuse the service, and remove the advantages gained, without prior notice when needed to protect other players.

Virtual items and no warranty

Gold, gems, cards and items are part of the game, not money or your property, and cannot be exchanged for money. The game is provided "as is", may have bugs, change or be interrupted, and we may change or remove content to balance the game. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.

Content and respect

The games, artwork, texts and music belong to their authors. Do not copy or reuse them without permission. Do not use the game for anything illegal or to harass others.
